Hope that helps!

STEP 2: DELETE THE ORIGINAL ADMINISTRATOR FROM THE ANALYTICS ACCOUNT
– Logout of [email protected]
– Log in as [email protected] – because Two10 is an Administrator, they have total control over the account now.

So when you log in as [email protected] you have to already have another GA account set up? Or are you using the same password and a different username ([email protected])?

I just recently did it. I just added new account and gave the 4 permissions. Then signed in to the new account and deleted the original account.

Maybe you should update this post so people don’t waste time. As far as I know, at this point it is not possible to transfer properties to another account.

I’ve tried many different angles including your steps in the above article. When I try to demote the original admin to user, it won’t let me deselect any of the check marks.

Back to the drawing board…

I may be wrong about that though – this was just something I learned from trying to do it myself, and Google are always changing the rules anyway!

This will hopefully help us. However, it appears that Google has changed things. There is no longer any way to make someone an “Administrator”. Is there a new way to do this?

Many thanks!
